2 September 2011 18:02:50 GMT

Located on the Riviera in Beirut, developers Zayzoom are developing an all suite, luxury boutique hotel, designed by Charles Leon Associates, due to open at the end of 2012.

The hotel will be an exclusive residence for VIP guests only.  Comprising 23 conjoinable suites, coffee lounges, Fine dining restaurant, bar, board room, spa and separate, members roof-top cigar club.

The hotels club-like atmosphere and will be a marriage between the classical heritage of Lebanon and current trends in contemporary art and design. Capitalising on its wonderful location and making full use of the spectacular views.

“Each suite will be individual and unique and will provide a very high level of comfort, privacy and service, including individual butler service. What is also unique is the ability to connect each suite progressively to form larger apartments.

The hotel will concentrate on the guest experience and its exclusivity, matching this with quality and service. The spaces, materials and finishes will be of the highest standard and will allow the guest to feel that this is their home whilst in Beirut.  We have put a very strong emphasis on an original artwork collection, natural and sustainable materials and state-of-the-art technology through-out”.

The building has been empty for many years and sits between the Phoenicia and the St Georges Hotels on the Beirut Riviera. It has spectacular views of the Yacht club, the Marina and the Lebanon mountains beyond. The projected opening will be at the end of 2012.
