Lifestyle Hospitality & Entertainment Management AG announces new projects in Europe and Asia

Carsten K. Rath, CEO and founder of the Lifestyle Hospitality & Entertainment (LH&E) Management AG has announced the group’s expansion plans following the launch of the Kameha Grand Bonn.
New hotels are planned in Hamburg, Zurich, Mallorca, Laos and Thailand as well as modern residences in Dusseldorf and Cologne during the next three years.
LH&E Management AG’s portfolio is to encompass sub brands such as the Kameha Resorts, the Kameha Residences, the K-Star Hotels, the K-Star Residences as well as the Kameha Suites.
According to Rath, all the group’s projects will be based on four pillars: “Design, Art and Architecture as a holistic concept, a cordial service, ecological sustainability and technology and a place for recreation and celebration. Due to this unique concept. Investors and owners are also approaching us to launch new projects. We are proud that we are able to present and also to implement such an ambitious expansion plan only one year after the opening of the Kameha Grand Bonn.“
The Kameha Grand Zurich is due to open in 2013 in Zurich Glattpark, a newly developed district of the Swiss metropolis.
Offering 260 rooms, including 10 suites, one event hall for up to 1.500 guests and a congress area with premises for 10 to 200 participants, the Kameha Grand Zurich appeals mainly to business travelers. However, the Spa with sauna, fitness and a more than 1000 square meters large roof terrace, two bars, stylish lounges and a restaurant also attract those looking for tranquility and relaxation.
Kameha Resorts projects include the Kameha Resort Andaman, 79 individual lifestyle mansions, each with own pool and beach access, being developed on Thailand’s largest island Phuket; and the Kameha Resort Luang Prabang – fifty lifestyle-residences to be developed on an area of more than 120.000 square meters. This medical & health spa resort is situated in the former city of the king, Luang Prabang, in the North of Laos.
The first ‘Kameha Residence’ is to be launched in Dusseldorf, where 57 lifestyle apartments and luxurious flats will be built by 2012, in a €70m redevelopment of the city’s landmarked ‘Theresienhospital’ building.
These prime location properties, situated directly at the Rhine promenade, will be in four different styles and offer a comprehensive luxurious Kameha-hotel-service. The ''K-Star' is the hospitality design brand of the LH&E Management AG. The first „K-Star Residence“ is just being developed in Cologne as a modern living concept and combines urban flair with a vivid atmosphere and ecological sustainability. The project will be finalized in 2012 and includes 32 fully-equipped apartments, each having a size between 57 and 80 square meters.
The highlight are the three penthouses with up to 330 square meters floor area and a generous outside-terrace in view of the Cologne Cathedral. The K-Star Residence Cologne is situated “Am alten Ufer” in the center of the Rhine metropolis, only a few steps away from the central station, the Cologne Cathedral and the Rhine river. Property owner is the “Lebens(t)raum Gesellschaft für moderndes Wohnen mbH“, which invested 18 million Euros in the development of the project.
A K-Star hotel project is planned in Hamburg in cooperation with the RIMC International Hotel Resort Management & Consulting GmbH, whilst the first Kameha Suite is to launch in the center of Frankfurt, right next to the old opera building, Within a sandstone-mansion an elegant staircase leads to the gallery, where the restaurant “Next Level” and two bars “Onyx” and “Grey Goose Bar” are located.
