New plans unveiled for 10 Trinity Square

London landmark 10 Trinity Square has recently been acquired by KOP Properties and Reignwood Group, Its new owners have now released details of their plans for the project.

the project is being developed in a mixed use scheme with architecture by Woods Bagot and residential interiors designed by David Collins Studio.

KOP Properties has previously developed projects such as Ritz-Carlton Residences and Hamilton Scotts in Singapore. Together with Reignwood Group, a Beijing based investment group with a diversified portfolio of luxury lifestyle products and services in China and worldwide, this joint venture partnership is in the process of transforming the historic landmark building.

10 Trinity Square is to be developed in a mixed use scheme to include 37 private residences, luxury 120-bedroom hotel, spa, restaurant offering and club with architecture by Woods Bagot and residential interiors designed by David Collins Studio.

Planning is due to be granted in summer 2011 with completion of the project by 2014. 10 Trinity Square is a Grade II listed building

10 Trinity Square was designed by Sir Edwin Cooper as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority and officially opened in 1922. Throughout its history, 10 Trinity Square London has been a stopping point for royalty and dignitaries, including Queen Elizabeth II.
