Radisson SAS Jersey
EPR Architects have obtained planning consent for a new Radisson SAS hotel
to be located at St Helier, Jersey on the seafront adjacent to the new
Elizabeth Marina. The six storey hotel will occupy one of the most prominent positions on the Waterfront Enterprise redevelopment zone.
The 195-bedroom, four-star hotel includes a conference centre, meeting
rooms, leisure area, restaurant, bar and retail space. The hotel will add a much needed boost to the island's room count, providing accommodation for business and leisure travellers. Construction commenced in November 2005.
