Sleeper to host Professional Practice Seminar at Focus/12

As part of the ‘Conversations in Design’ programme at Focus/12, Sleeper Magazine is to host a Professional Practice Seminar examining London’s new hotels.
Chaired by Sleeper contributor Guy Dittrich, ‘Capital Ideas – London's new hotels lead the way by design’ will see panelists Dexter Moren of Dexter Moren Associates, John Norden of Woods Bagot, Edward Davies of GA Design International, and Jonathan Manser of The Manser Practice introduce their ambitious schemes and explore the world of design in one of the most demanding and competitive markets.
The seminar will take place on Monday 24 September 2012, 11.30-12.30, at Chelsea Harbour Design Centre. Visitors can also take the opportunity to view the latest designs from over 500 international brands at 95 Design Centre showrooms, as well as outside participants in Chelsea.
Focus/12 will host an exciting programme of collection launches, ‘meet the designer’ workshops, presentations, book signings and lively ‘in conversation’ sessions with the industry’s most valuable names including Kit Kemp, India Mahdavi and Kelly Hoppen.
